I've been really lucky in my career. I started in a small agency which was run by two amazing women and they just gave me so many opportunities, so much training and I think it really just helped ignite my passion to help other women all the way through my career.
So all the way through, whether I've worked in small firms or larger firms, it really has been for me about finding and advocating for people. But also now in my role today, creating the right policies and the right environment to help women thrive.
