Gresham House is a specialist alternative asset management group. They are dedicated to sustainable investments across a range of strategies, with expertise in forestry, sustainable infrastructure, natural capital, renewable energy and battery storage, affordable housing, public and private equity.
Our work with Gresham House
Our specialist digital and marketing recruitment consultants started working with Gresham House at the start of 2022. In this time, we have delivered four new hires for the business:

Supporting marketing growth
When Gresham House needed support with growing their marketing team, they came to specialist marketing recruitment agency, 3Search. Thanks to our matrix business model, we have built a team of industry experts that were ready to support the hiring team with their talent search.
Recruitment consultant, Hannah Glazebrook, was best positioned to support the searches for Marketing Associates. Hannah's extensive network of marketers allowed her to immediately take the role to market and quickly identify talent who would be perfect for the role.
Creating the best recruitment experience for all
Initially, the hiring team had planned a long interview process. This resulted in long wait times for feedback and candidates becoming disengaged in the process – applying for roles with competitors.
To create a better recruitment experience for both Gresham House and the candidates they were interviewing, Hannah took on a consultative role. Using her knowledge of the recruitment market at the time, she helped them craft a shorter, smoother process that still allowed the hiring team to assess candidates appropriately.
We have worked with 3Search to help us fill three roles last year. Hannah and the 3Search team took time to understand the requirements of each role, provided strong lists of potential candidates and were engaged and proactive throughout. We will definitely speak with 3Search next time we are hiring new additions into our marketing team.
