3Search are partnering with an Entertainment business looking for a freelance Social and Content specialist to join the team!

Joining the team as the 2nd marketer in the business, you will play a major part in the progress of executing the marketing strategy and be very hands-on with a range of the marketing remit.

The role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary over the 6-month period, but the core responsibilities are as follows:

• Producing horrifying content for social media, making sure this horror-loving audience stays hooked and grows.

• Analyse performance metrics to keep tweaking and improving the strategy.

• Edit videos and content for social platforms, jumping on relevant trends and be immersed in digital content.

• Engage with fans on online forums and fan sites to keep them entertained and in the loop with new films.

• Be the first person to create engaging content for exciting improvements such as new film releases, exclusive merchandise, and reworks of the classics.

• Research the films to ensure relevant content is being used and communicated in the right way as to not cause controversy.

Your profile

• You will have a marketing background in entertainment or wider media. Ideally in a digital or social media focused position.

• You will be a huge horror fan!

• Understand digital trends and be happy to analyse the performance of campaigns to progress the business further.

• Be a self-starter and take autonomy of the content.

• Have 2-3 years experience in social media.
