Role Overview:

Joining the newly formed Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role within this dynamic scale-up brand. The CRM Manager will own and manage the CRM within the business and will responsible for Email Marketing, and developing and executing strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention through effective utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Skills & experience required:

• Experience within Klaviyo is a must.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or related roles.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM initiatives that have positively impacted customer engagement and retention.

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industry is a plus.
