Hi, I’m Tommaso Lucentini and I am a principal recruitment consultant here at 3Search.

For several years I was Head of Marketing for a tech consultancy. Having been in the employer’s shoes, I am able to understand and recognise their pain points. This experience has made me a well-rounded recruiter and I am best equipped to represent both employers and candidates.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
