I started consulting after a long career working for clients in-house. I became a consultant because there was so much more I could do outside of my role.
When I was stuck in the day-to-day of just running a business, it wasn't as interesting as actually doing solution architecture around the business and changing the business's direction. So, for me personally, being able to be a consultant allowed me to be more strategic, wider than ecommerce itself.
Chris Nawrocki is an Ecommerce Leader with over 16 years of experience working with international luxury and FMCG retailers. Chris started his career as an Ecommerce and SEO Optimisation Assistant, growing into a Head of Ecommerce and Ecommerce Director for a number of exciting brands.
His breadth of knowledge in the digital and ecommerce sector has allowed him to transition into a consulting role. Chris has now co-founded his own agency, Heur, an ecommerce and marketing growth agency, delivering ecommerce and fractional growth support for brands.
