The main challenges and demands are really just in terms of being that master juggler. You really do have to manage a million things at once and you have to become really good at understanding what's important, urgent, and what things can wait, and where to spend the most of your time. 

Just setting that expectation with others in the business as well, because if you're spending 80% of your time on one particular thing and that doesn't align with the expectations of the business, then there could be potentially an issue there. So I think it's just learning to be a great multitasker and learning to be strict with your time, spending your time where it adds the most value.
