Trust is key for creating balance in product and design teams. Francesca Granato, Head of Product Design at Dentally, shares why in this short video clip.
It's all about trust. So much in business and product development is about trust. If we can create high-trust environments, I think that's how we can spot and counteract imbalances. Trust means that we can have really productive, honest, and regular feedback loops with our people in the squads, on the ground. I think that's how we can identify imbalances and work to counteract them.
