The best decision I've made is definitely getting some sales experience. So when it comes to marketing, I think you can get quite focused into only that part of the business, and being able to have that commercial knowledge is absolutely crucial. 

The other thing is working for myself. So I had two years where I consulted into a variety of organsations from vendors to resellers and even some distribution partners, aligning with their go-to-market making partner programs. So again, opening up that various areas of expertise.
