Hi, I'm Allison, I am a Non-Exec Director, a Board Trustee and a Coach.
I was inspired to start coaching as I realised that some of the most pivotal moments in my career had been enabled through a conversation with a Coach. And, as I look back on my career, the thing that I enjoyed the most was leadership and the thing about leadership that I enjoyed was helping people maximise their potential.
