📈 The CRM Analytics Manager will be at the heart of this transformation. Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of CRM management and analytics experience
• Strong expertise with SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar complex CRM systems such as Adobe Campaigns or Braze)
• Expertise building dashboards with tools like PowerBI
• Knowledge and understanding about Google Analytics and wider marketing analytics.
• A keen eye for building automation workflows that streamline operations
• Ability to make complex data simple and actionable
• Highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
