CRM & Email Marketing Manager Role Overview: 

The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will lead strategic initiatives in email and SMS marketing, shaping customer retention strategies and championing consumer insights. •    Proven experience in lifecycle email marketing or multi-channel CRM, ideally within a global DTC business.

•    Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify platforms would be ideal. 
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•    Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
