Hi, my name is Tom Frankham and I’m a Principal Recruitment Consultant at digital marketing recruitment agency, 3Search.

I’ve worked in marketing recruitment since 2017 starting my career at a FTSE250 recruitment agency. Most recently, I supported high-growth, investor-backed B2B businesses with their recruitment efforts, before moving to 3Search.

Delivering valuable insights to employers and candidates is such an important part of my role as a recruiter, in my opinion, and can make all the difference in a search. Using my expertise to support individuals in their career development, earn a pay rise or promotion, is incredibly rewarding.
If there is one piece of advice I could give CRM talent, it would be to think carefully about how you’re articulating the value you can bring to your next employer. Whether it be on your CV or during the interview process, you should always provide tangible results that you achieved in previous roles.
For employers, I would recommend being clear about the type of role job you’re hiring for. You should be able to communicate to candidates what is expected of them from the beginning to ensure expectations are clear. What does good look like and how will success be measured? This is key for securing top CRM talent.
It's also incredibly important to benchmark your salaries. Ensure that you’re offering your preferred talent a salary they can accept by taking a read of our CRM salary guides.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
