Sight Diagnostics is an Israel-based HealthTech firm with offices in Israel, New York, and London. Their product, Sight OLO, has revolutionised blood diagnostics through offering a Complete Blood Count in a matter of minutes.
Our work with Sight Diagnostics
Sight Diagnostics were looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager, which would be the second marketing hire for their London office. They had been searching and interviewing candidates for months, but none of them quite hit the mark and so looked to engage a marketing recruitment agency for support.

Finding marketing talent with a scientific background
Due to the nature of their product, it was paramount to employ someone with a scientific background and with experience of launching products into various clinical markets and settings. Furthermore, because of the regulations around their product, it was critical that the candidate understood medical guidelines.

Making the move back to a product marketing job
Cue Khanitha, a product marketer who had previously been working in Mayalsia within a large medical devices organisation and had been launching products globally. She had recently moved to the UK to join another medical firm when we engaged her, but her new role meant that her focus had moved away from product marketing. Khanitha missed her work in product marketing and wanted to return to the field, so this opportunity was perfect for her.
She was an excellent candidate from the start and her knowledge of the market impressed the client and the wider business.
