Identifying top bids and proposals talent
ISG got in touch with our specialist bids recruitment consultants, David Bremner and Stuart Watson, for support in identifying quality bids and proposals candidates.
The team at ISG had been hiring for these bids roles for months without much luck. As the bids and proposals skill set is so niche and the candidate pool so small, they were finding it tricky to engage the right quality of talent required to grow the team. As a result, ISG needed our specialist knowledge and experience to support their growth.
Throughout our partnership, Stuart and David have supported the growth of three of ISG's bids functions across London and the regions, replacing headcount and sourcing talent for newly created roles as the work-winning function continues to grow.
Supporting on content marketing recruitment
As Stuart and David delivered such an excellent recruitment experience for ISG, when the business was looking to expand their content marketing team they knew that 3Search could help.
