Senior Brand Manager

I am partnering with a well-known, global consumer goods organisation that are looking for a positive and proactive Senior Brand Manager to join the marketing team. You will be responsible for leading the development of strategic, insight-led brand plans, creating and executing compelling communications and promotions, and identifying and bringing new product concepts to market. The successful candidate will lead by example and contribute to creating a strong, energized, performance-led team. 

The Senior Brand Manager will:

• Lead the development of creative strategic brand plans
• Manage and control brand performance and profitability, including managing the brand budget 
• Be responsible for developing and maintaining brand range, NPD and innovation, and developing new packaging with design agencies 
• Work with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, Customer marketing team and agencies to develop powerful communications across all media channels
• Support the success of the brand in other markets by working closely with the international and export teams

Required skills and experience for the Senior Brand Manager:

• Marketing experience within FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care Brands 
• Strong experience in developing brand strategies and annual plans
• Experience helping create strong A&P programmes across ATL, BT and digital/ social
