Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing customer marketing agency and consultancy, is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join their innovative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients in multiple industry sectors, shape client projects, foster relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Role Overview:

The CRM Manager will play a key role in delivering client projects, working on a diverse range of tasks such as developing multi-channel contact strategies, managing email marketing operations, and executing customer marketing campaigns. The role involves a blend of remote work, client-site visits, and collaborative work at their Covent Garden office.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of CRM marketing experience
  • Expertise in email marketing and familiarity with channels like Push, In-App, SMS, and Paid Media
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys)
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) tools (e.g., Segment, Bloomreach, Tealium)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics/Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and an analytical mindset
