I am partnering with a fast-growing start-up business with a unique proposition, in the health/wellness space. They are looking for a Brand Manager to be responsible for crafting and executing their brand strategies, people and budget management, and ensure aligned brand messaging across all platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and achieving overall marketing success.

The Brand Manager will:

  • Plan and implement the consumer marketing plan, looking at brand opportunities, partnerships and ATL activity
  • Manage and work with agencies on trade marketing plans, owning all brand communication with the agency and developing assets
  • Directly manage a direct report and the wider team overseeing digital channels
  • Be responsible for brand and customer research and insight for marketing strategies
  • Be hands on with creating compelling copy and content creation, advertising and organic search strategies, email campaigns and creation of POS assets

Required skills and experience for the Senior Brand Manager:

  • Proven experience in brand management in the health/wellness/FMCG industry
  • Ideally experience across retailer and D2C channels
  • Experience managing a budget and KPIs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
