We are collaborating with a leading architectural firm known for its innovative and impactful projects worldwide. With a team of over 750 experts in various global studios, they are driven by the desire to craft the world we want to live in, utilising cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices to transform environments from the urban playgrounds to affordable housing and beyond.

The Business Development Manager will:

• Spearhead initiatives that enhance project acquisition and business expansion, particularly within the UK & ME market.
• Develop and manage strategies for entering new submarkets and sectors, maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Enhance connections with clients, consultants, and collaborators, and represent the company at significant UK events and conferences.
• Run several simultaneous pursuits from start to finish with limited oversight.
• Review all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the built environment.
• Strong understanding of architecture, building procedures, and urban planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and strategic skills.
