AVNs are really an integral part of your full-year strategy with Amazon or maybe even multi-year strategy. If you have an amazing strategy but you don't have the terms in place that allow you to do it, you'll be derailed multiple times throughout the year without getting it right.
If you spend six to nine months negotiating with Amazon, then you've lost your opportunity for the year as well because you're so focused on the negotiation that you can't really get stuck in and drive opportunity and growth for your brand on Amazon.
