So, if you're responsible for building marketing teams, my advice would be "look outside of the property industry". There are some amazing marketeers out there.
The industry tends to be quite inward-looking and so I would advise go and recruit from different industries - travel, hospitality, entertainment, whatever that might be. You'll have a better team as a result.
