When I came in at a senior level at UBS, it's a different experience I think starting somewhere new as a senior leader and as a woman and I think you have to map out your strategy about how you're going to build alliances and networks internally.
I made a quite conscious decision to have great relationships with all the other female directors and managing directors, so that we supported each other's projects, supported each other's businesses, had each other's backs in rooms that maybe they weren't in and advocated for each other.
