It's really important, I think, to understand that we're in the business of managing reputation. So, if you can find ways to help your leadership really understand what is going to add value to the company's reputation, then that's a great place to start. And the balance to that, of course, is managing risk and risk around communication. So, if you are showing and demonstrating that you are across that risk that the business faced from a communication - and other perspectives - then I think you're really going to add value to the business.
