We first started working with The London Clinic in 2022 when they needed to quickly hire an interim Digital Marketing Manager and an interim Communications Manager. The London Clinic have been undergoing a period of change, meaning that they required different marketing and communications skill sets at different points of their journey. Hiring on a temporary basis allowed them to be flexible with their requirements and grow effectively. As a result, we supported the business on a number of contract hires.
Communications recruiter, Matthew Stevenson, worked closely with our interim recruiter, Taylor Nash, to find the right contractors for each role.
Both have extensive experience hiring for interim positions. They leveraged their networks and knowledge of contractors looking for their next opportunity to quickly provide quality shortlists and, ultimately, hires. As a result, they are continuing to work with us for their marketing and communications recruitment needs.

Since then, a number of contracts have been extended within the teams. In fact, one placement was such a perfect fit for The London Clinic that they were offered a permanent role with the organisation.

This is my first experience of working with Matthew Stevenson and 3Search and I hope it won’t be my last.
