We started working with Rider Levett Bucknall in 2023 when they were looking for a Junior Bid Coordinator job. The role was needed urgently, which is why they decided to engage a specialist bid recruitment agency.
An urgent hire for the bid team
Hit by the pandemic, the Junior Bid Coordinator job was originally furloughed. Now, Rider Levett Bucknall could re-introduce the position to the business and needed our support with the hire. Initially, the job was a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for the candidate to move permanently.
Speed was key with this hire. The business had already been advertising the role for a couple of months when they engaged us, so they knew a specialist recruiter would be able to turn the search around quickly for them.
