The team met Popsa’s CMO and Head of People at their office to really get into the weeds of what the business was looking for in each role. Having taken the time to understand the job descriptions in detail, the team was able to give Popsa guidance on the recruitment market and the type of candidate profile they would be looking at for the salary bandings on offer.
Popsa are an app-based business, so app experience was highly desired. This is highly sought-after in this market and so can be very competitive. Our recruiters performed a market map of all the available talent with app and web experience to widen to the pool of candidates.
After screening all of the interested candidates, the team delivered shortlists of the best candidates for reach role, resulting in offers just weeks later.
The process was not easy as the type of candidate the business was looking for tends to be very active on the market. As a result, our recruiters met all of the candidates in the process and got into the detail around what they wanted from their next role.
This allowed us to maintain strong communication with the Popsa team around where the candidates were in their own recruitment journeys. This included informing them of other interviews they had, other offers they were receiving, where the candidate's preference sided and what motivated them.
