3Search partnered with this innovative HealthTech brand to assist with their first marketing hires and build out their marketing team. Patchwork Health's Head of Marketing, Celine Prinse, reached out to 3Search for help building their first marketing team, starting with a Marketing Assistant position.

Due to Patchwork Health’s position as a fast-growing HealthTech start-up, these positions were the first marketing hires outside of the initial 'Head of' position. They were building out their marketing team for the first time and needed our expert knowledge and extensive networks to help them grow effectively and efficiently.
It was important for Patchwork Health to identify ambitious candidates who worked well under the pressures of a small team.
Initially, the business had wanted to hire the marketing jobs directly, but struggled to find the right calibre of candidates required. Consequently, they knew they had to engage a specialist marketing recruitment agency and reached out to 3Search for assistance with identifying candidates with the right knowledge, skill set and culture fit.
Our specialist recruiters took a full brief from the client, taking the time to understand their needs, plans, and timeframes. As this was Celine's first marketing hire, we took a more consultative approach to this team build, offering advice on the candidate profile they should be looking to hire.
For each role, the client had very specific briefs around industry experience and speed. Our specialist recruitment consultants understood the time-pressured nature of the hires and so delivered the full shortlist to the offer stage within a 2–3-week period.
Additionally, all three of the first-choice candidates accepted the roles on the day of the offers being made.
