3Search have worked with Jack Stevens and the team at OKA since 2015, making several key placements into their e-commerce team.
When we first began working with OKA, the e-commerce team was made up of just three people. But, with the business shifting its focus online and trading successfully, we have been able to help them build that team, hiring e-commerce specialists that enable the website and business to perform at the highest level.
Building an E-commerce team
Overall, we have helped OKA hire 26 new hires across marketing, digital, design and e-commerce teams. As a result of our work with the company, OKA have seen huge growth in the e-commerce channel.
Recruiting a range of skillsets
Since joining 3Search, Director, Michael Judkins and his team have worked on a number of roles across a variety of skill sets for OKA, including E-commerce, Content, Performance Marketing, Data & Analytics and CRM. In order to build OKA's team effectively and efficiently, Michael put together a specialist recruitment team to work intimately with these areas of the business.
