The story of Office Power

Founded in 2014, Office Power provides office supplies dealers with an all-in-one solution to manage their ecommerce websites and back-end operations from a single platform. Part of the EO Group, their technology offers real-time activity monitoring, actionable customer insights, and streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and profitability. 

When the time was right to invest further in marketing, Office Power engaged our team to support with their Head of Marketing vacancy. Since then, we have also supported on the recruitment of a Marketing Manager. Together, they’re executing an effective marketing strategy to help the business continue to scale. 

Challenge: Building a robust marketing team to drive expansion

Over a year ago, Office Power sought to strengthen its marketing leadership by hiring a Head of Marketing. 3Search successfully placed Margot Roem in this role. As the company continued to grow, Margot identified the need for a Marketing Manager to handle day-to-day operations, allowing her to focus on strategic projects within the wider EO Group. Previous attempts to fill this position had been unsuccessful due to various challenges.

Given our established relationship and understanding of Office Power's culture, Margot entrusted 3Search with an exclusive search for the Marketing Manager role. We conducted a comprehensive briefing call to delve into the business's needs and challenges. Weekly catch-up calls were scheduled to provide updates, discuss potential candidates, and offer ongoing consultation and support.

Result: Securing the right talent to support strategic initiatives

Following an extensive search, with an excellent shortlist to interview ratio, Office Power hired an excellent Marketing Manager. They are now supporting with the execution of the marketing strategy, leading on successful marketing activities. We look forward to seeing where Office Power take their marketing team next.
