In November 2023, our recruiters partnered with MANUAL, a men’s healthcare brand, to hire two Growth Marketing Managers. Experiencing fast growth, the digital marketing team needed additional headcount to continue delivering on their marketing strategy.

The story of MANUAL
Founded in 2018, MANUAL is a men’s healthcare brand, delivering healthcare at scale with its comprehensive digital clinic. The company has steadily grown since inception. With funding from leading investors, the organisation is now serving 500k+ patients, across 2 geographies.
As the company grew quickly, the existing digital marketing team were being stretched across multiple projects. As a result, it was important for the business to hire quickly.
