The firm’s more than 750 investment bankers deliver M&A, Capital Advisory, Valuations & Opinions and Private Funds Advisory services and solutions.

The firm needed to engage a senior marketer who could expand their brand visibility and affinity across Europe. Having worked with our marketing recruiters on appointments at a more junior level, Lincoln International partnered with our executive search team to identify their Head of European Marketing.
Our search process
3Search Executive were instructed by Lincoln International’s Global CMO, Carrie Grapenthin, who led us to search in complementary, advisory-based organisations. This included strategy consultancies, legal and accounting firms, commercial advisory firms and other investment banks.
Our headhunters completed an extensive market map, identifying and approaching over 150 candidates in the UK. From there, a shortlist of the very best candidates was selected.
Following a detailed assessment process, an experienced marketing and communications professional, with extensive advisory firm marketing leadership experience, was successfully appointed in Q2 2024.
