Our specialist e-commerce recruiter, Adrian Ramani, first began working with Jane Plan in 2019 when they needed support in building out their e-commerce team. Adrian was engaged by their senior e-commerce team who was looking to hire their first E-commerce Manager to support Jane Plan’s growth trajectory and boost online profitability.

When Jane Plan got back in touch in 2022, they were looking for the support of a digital marketing recruitment agency to hire specialist marketing roles for the first time. In order to further support the company’s growth plans, the business was looking to develop their internal marketing team by hiring junior and mid-weight professionals.
