Our specialist CRM recruitment consultants worked closely with Ingage's hiring team to identify top talent for them.
Together they identified that the most important element of the recruitment process was ensuring that the people hired would do well in a start-up environment and could work autonomously. As of today (November 2023), Ingage has a head count of four, so the culture and fit of the candidates was crucial.
As a result, the 3Search team made the effort to visit the team in the office to see their dynamics and get an idea of the culture of the business. Plus, by having regularly scheduled calls to feedback on profiles and the process, they were able to really understand what Ingage needed in their CRM hires.
