3Search partnered with the hotel to find a replacement for their current Marketing & PR Manager who was moving away from the business. With a busy quarter ahead, the team were in need of a replacement as soon as possible and knew that engaging a specialist marketing recruitment agency would result in the quickest results.
An urgent marketing hire
We were contacted at the very beginning of the search for this Marketing & PR Manager and due to the urgency of the hire, Hilton London Bankside decided to work with us exclusively to get results as quickly as possible.
Manager, Jasmin Eastwood, met with Lisbeth Gernow, the Commercial Director at Hilton London Bankside, to discuss the role and the type of background, experience and skillset they wanted the candidate to have. They also discussed the most important channels to use to identify said candidates and what their ideal culture fit would be.
Identifying quality candidates
From their initial meeting, Jasmin carried out a specific headhunt process based on the business’ preferences. Jasmin then screened each candidate before their CV was submitted to Hilton London Bankside to ensure that they ticked all of the boxes concerning culture, skillset and job interest.
In the end, five strong profiles were submitted, prioritising quality over quantity. The standout candidate, Ellie Pasterfield, was offered the role just three weeks later.
