The story of HandsHQ

Founded in 2013, HandsHQ is dedicated to developing smart software solutions that streamline health and safety processes for high-risk industries. Their products, including RAMS and Training Register, are trusted by over 2,000 companies such as the NHS, Babcock, and Schneider Electric. 

As the company continued to scale its operations, they needed a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Director in achieving their growth targets for 2025. 

Challenge: Reviving a stalled search

Despite engaging three recruitment agencies since November 2024, the role remained unfilled. They had conducted 24 first-stage interviews without success. The prolonged search left the Marketing Director feeling overwhelmed and in urgent need of specialised recruitment assistance. That's where our marketing recruiters came in.
