Placing a Product Design Lead to support a new team structure
Our product design recruitment team started working with Dentally - leading dental software company - in November 2024. Having recently onboarded their Head of Product Design, the business was looking to build a strong structure beneath them to complement their existing design squad.
As a brand new hire for the team, they needed support from someone who truly understood the nuances of the role and its requirements.They worked with Yasmin Vachet to leverage her expertise and successfully hire a Product Design Lead.
The story of Dentally

Challenge: Building the foundations of a strong design function
In November 2024, Dentally's newly appointed Head of Product Design aimed to build a robust team structure by introducing a senior role to support strategic growth and enhance the existing design squad. The challenge was to find a Product Design Lead who could seamlessly integrate into the team and contribute effectively to the company's evolving needs.
Solution: A focused search, tailored to the business
Without an internal design recruitment specialist, Dentally sought the expertise of our specialist recruiter, Yasmin.
