We first started working with Cripps Leadership Advisors in 2023, when the business was growing and re-branding. To achieve their plans, they needed to build out their marketing team and so needed the support of a specialist marketing recruitment agency.
An efficient interim marketing solution
While Cripps Leadership Advisors searched for a permanent marketing hire, contract specialist, Sarah Andrews, worked with the business to find an Interim Marketing Manager.
The whole recruitment process only took one week. Sarah utilised her strong network of interim marketers to find an excellent candidate for the role with prior re-branding experience. During the week, Sarah organised three interviews between Cripps Leadership Advisors and the successful candidate, including a face-to-face interview so they could get a better understanding of each other.
Overall, the successful candidate was delighted to accept the Interim Marketing Manager job with Cripps Leadership Advisors, and has had a great start to their contract.
