An urgent marketing hire
The Marketing Assistant role was an urgent hire for Azets, as their candidate had dropped out just before the start date. Consequently, professional services marketing recruiter, Will Shaw, ran a quick and efficient recruitment process for the business, finding an excellent candidate who had the right background in marketing to support Azets in this role.
Recruiting a Regional Marketing Executive in Poole
The Regional Marketing Executive job was a newly created role to support the business’ growth in Poole. This was the Marketing Manager’s first hire and so it was important to find a candidate with the right level of experience to come in and effectively support their efforts in the region.
The location requirements downsized the candidate pool available to Will. While Azets were flexible on the candidate’s location as they could work remotely, Will was determined to find someone local to the area in order to best support the business and the Regional Marketing Executive’s training. As a result, he ran local searches to identify the successful candidate, Hannah. Hannah originates from a smaller accountancy firm in the area and so this was the perfect opportunity to progress her career at a bigger firm.
