Axis Europe is a property services partner. They work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords and facilities managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
Our work with Axis Europe
Our recruiters started working with Axis Europe in 2022 when they were looking to hire bids professionals into their work-winning team. Their niche role requirements were making it difficult for the business to hire directly, so engaged our specialist recruitment agency for support. So far, we have filled two Bid Writer roles with the organisation.
Working with specific job descriptions

The business was searching for Bid Writers who could also manage the bidding process. They were looking for candidates with equal management and writing skills, cutting their talent pool in half.
