- Deliver and produce professionally developed and compliant bid proposals within the defined timeframes set by the customer
- Edit and review proposals created by stakeholders from internal marketing, product, sales and finance teams
- Approve all the work involved in requests for proposals (RFPs) from internal and external parties
- Organise, manage and host bid proposal meetings
- Manage a team of Bid Writers and ensure all proposals are aligned with the businesses goals and objectives
