Within your role as an E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be heavily involved in the management of the website, uploading new products to the site as well as selecting product imagery and support with product copy. In addition, you’ll gain experience in resizing and touching up images using software such as Adobe Lightroom to ensure that images are ready to be published on-site.
As E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll work with other teams across the business, such as marketing and buying, to ensure a smooth and engaging end-to-end customer experience to maximise online conversations. Furthermore, you’ll run daily stock checks and update the website as required to activate and deactivate products as stock levels change.
