Customer Insight Analyst

Salary: £40,000

A luxury eCommerce business are looking to hire a Customer Insight Analyst as they continue on their very successful digital transformation & launch into the United States.


Having made some key hires in the last 18 months including a new CTO, head of performance marketing and Head of SEO, they now see a Customer Insight Analyst as the next key hire.


As the successful Customer Insight Analyst you will be the first hire into this space and be responsible for delivering in-depth analysis on customer data and business KPIs with a view to drive performance and improve strategic decision making.


  • Work with the CRM Manager to create a cross-channel attribution model to help refine their marketing investment and activity across different channels
  • Create a dashboard of key customer metrics to drive broader understanding across stakeholders
  • Map out key customer journeys and create a test and learn plan to improve the effectiveness and ROI of marketing investments in acquiring and retaining customers
  • Work to understand customer behaviour and make improvements around lifetime spend, purchase frequency etc
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey based on trends
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports and draw out insights to present to various internal teams
  • Manage the implementation of Google Analytics


In return, you will receive a salary of £40k per annum + a range of benefits.
