Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are working with a pioneering fintech business in the heart of London, who are looking to hire a CRM into their dynamic office. This is the perfect role for an ambitious individual with Salesforce experience to step in and make your mark in this evolving business.

In this role, you will focus on optimising consumer engagement and conversion, with the aim to increase overall client acquisition and lifetime value. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will use performance analysis to develop a leading strategy that captures the objectives of the business. You will be heavily involved in the development of new email programmes, as well as researching new ways to implement new communication avenues for mobile. You will oversee the maintenance of new and improved processes put in place, ensuring all CRM copy and campaigns align with the brand’s image and marketing guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious and hands-on, with an extensive range of experience with CRM strategies. Preferably, you have a background within a financial services or betting and gaming background, with an understanding of marketing cloud. You are a natural leader and confident communicator, comfortable building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, as well as being strategic and forward-thinking to solve problems and mitigate issues efficiently.
