Campaign Manager

Salary: £50,000

Location: London

About our client

Our client we are working with is a known financial institution. The role is a Campaign Manager that will work in partnership with sales managers across EMEA to assistant in creating of market leading collateral (presentations, executive summaries and brochures) to support new business opportunities within the region.

Campaign Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an overall owner of the end-to-end sales collateral process within EMEA sales
  • Working alongside sales managers and deal teams in order to capture and document key client requirements.
  • Building out a range of collateral to support a typical complex sales process
  • Liaise with all related areas such as SME’s, compliance, marketing and product to enhance key presentation content and collateral
  • Maintain and develop core content for sales team to leverage
  • To support Head of Sales in development of board and management group presentations, reports and strategy documents.
  • Ad-hoc requests such as preparation of material for senior management and all staff meetings

Campaign Manager Skills and Experiences

Core skills:

  • Effective time management, proven ability to multi task
  • Inter personal skills need to be high, with the ability to interact effectively
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain an effective internal and external network
  • Consultative and strategic approach, the ability to ask questions to gain information
  • Understanding of how to deliver a high end prospect experience
  • Need a creative and flexible mind set – ability to think outside the box
  • Understanding of global custody and finance
  • Interest in technology would be an advantage
  • Strong desire to always want more and improve

Technical skills:

  • Accomplished written skills, covering a wide range of communications within the business
  • English language from a grammatical and technical perspective; including areas such as effective sentence structure
  • Visualisation skills including data and content, conceptualization of slides and other assorted collateral
  • Ability to absorb complex material/information/ideas and distil into themes.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to edit and refine existing content within a set time frame
  • The knowledge to blend a variety of different content options to deilever multi-faceted campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and branding guidelines, ensuring that all content adheres to Northern Trust standards
  • Perform independent research prospects
  • Good working knowledge of software (MS Office suite, powerpoint and knowledge of marketo)
