London - hybrid 3 days a week in the office 📍

 

I am working with a DTC retail brand that is taking everyday health and well-being products and making them more enjoyable and sustainable. They have launched their first product and have more in the pipeline.

 

They have grown rapidly to over 300,000 customers across the UK and US since launching their first product in May 2022, and are now aiming to expand further in the US. They have strong traction in the US since launch, and the market is a key strategic priority for the business over the next few years. They are on the hunt for an ambitious Growth Lead, with experience of growth marketing in the US.

 

The role:

 

It’s a varied and rewarding role that ranges across core growth functions; day to day, you could be working on anything from driving our ad creative strategy, running CRO tests on our website, driving repeat revenue, as well as supporting on influencer, PR and local brand activities. All good marketing starts with good insight, and you’ll be the point person for helping the business truly understand the US customer, and ensuring that drives the growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for revenue, CAC and ROAS targets in the US market, and will know how to focus your time and energy to drive impact and success.

 

They are looking for someone who has a great blend of creative and analytical thinking - someone who can get into the data to understand a problem or find an opportunity, but can also put themselves in the customer’s shoes and get creative about solutions and messaging.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A proven track record of driving growth through paid social, in particular via creative strategy.
  • A proven track record of driving significant growth through other channels, such as Google Ads, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Email, Influencer, Affiliate, Print etc.
  • A do-er. Someone who takes action, gets stuff done and finds a way around obstacles.
  • A process builder - you create structures to make yourself and others around you more efficient.
  • Highly comfortable with data - can use data tools to produce detailed reports that generate real insight.
  • An understanding of localisation and driving growth in different countries.
  • You live by test and learn methodology.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/D2C, in a startup environment, is highly desirable.
