We are working with a super exciting international D2C E-Commerce Subscription brand known for their high calibre offering. It's a genuinely exciting time to join the business as whilst they are an established brand they are scaling and on a journey of positive brand transformation with new marketing leadership.
  
They are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Manager to to ensure they showcase the right products at the right time through customer-focused marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales across key markets (USA and UK).
  
The Trade Marketing Manager will own and execute a seasonally-led 12-month promotional marketing calendar that aligns with customer needs and category insights. Working closely with Category Management, CRM, Brand, Range & Pricing, and Supply Chain teams, you will lead the development of strategic, insight-driven campaigns that drive performance and reinforce Customer Value Proposition (CVP).
  
The Trade Marketing Manager will:
  
  • Develop and implement the 12-month go-to-market calendar across all markets, executing seasonally relevant, insight-driven marketing campaigns across marketing channels
  • Work closely with Category Management to identify category growth opportunities and translate them into compelling customer-facing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Brand teams to ensure promotional activity aligns with customer segmentation, lifecycle, and brand positioning.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, ensuring consistency across digital, onsite, email, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Define key performance metrics for trade marketing activities, track results, and drive continuous improvement through data-led insights.
  
Required skills and experience:
  
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, category marketing, or customer-facing promotional marketing, preferably within an e-commerce, subscription or FMCG environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of category dynamics, customer behaviour, and promotional mechanics.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse performance metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects across markets
  • Excellent collaboration skillsworking cross-functionally with marketing, category, and commercial teams.
  • Pro-active, agile and entrepreneurial approach
  • You'll be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, sometimes working with ambiguity and figuring out processes for yourself
