The Social Media Manager will:
- Develop and execute a long-term social and content strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms, expanding beyond Instagram.
- Create compelling and attention-grabbing content that aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community, leveraging user-generated content and partnerships.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategy to enhance reach and engagement.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a consumer goods, wellness, or D2C brand.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, design, and video production.
- Ability to generate innovative, viral-worthy content and stay ahead of social media trends.
- Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, and community-building strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or a willingness to learn.
