We are working with a super fun, social-first brand in the food space that's in it's high-growth era. Currently a D2C, online subscription brand they are also looking to move into the retail space. They're an investor-backed start-up doing amazing things and very much looking to dominate the category they're in. 
 
 
The Role
 
 
This Social Media Manager is a really unique and exciting opportunity for someone who is both creative and pro-active and wants to have a big impact in a small environment. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand and digital team  to own specific areas of social and play a key role in building and executing social media strategies to continue building and engaging with their online community. 
 
 
This role will involve creating engaging and creative content for multiple platforms including Tik Tok and META whilst also measuring the performance and effectiveness of your campaigns. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·       Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage the brand's consumers 
·       Create compelling content including visuals, videos and captions that resonate with the target audience - i.e. memes / gifs / relevant reels 
·       Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
·       Manage and nurture the online community, fostering a positive environment for followers
·       Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend the brand's reach.
·       Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates, experimenting with new formats and features.
 
Skills and Experience
 
  • A passion for all things social media and content including new trends and understanding brand voice 
  • A creative and detail-oriented approach to content 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and metrics/performance optimization 
  • Collaborative and pro-active approach
  • Comfortable using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights) to guide data-driven decisions
