Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

As our client experiences exceptional growth in the health and wellness space, they're now looking to make their first social media hire. The Social and Content Manager will drive the organic content strategy across key social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The Social and Content Manager will transform complex topics into accessible, engaging content that builds trust and inspires action.
  
The Social and Content Manager will...
• Own and manage the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and publish carousels, reels, and short-form videos in collaboration with the creative team
• Write compelling copy for captions, scripts, and community posts
• Repurpose affiliate and influencer content for storytelling and brand alignment
• Track content performance and optimise based on trends and analytics
  
Essential Skills
The Social and Content Manager will...
• Have 1+ years’ experience in content or social media, ideally in wellness or DTC
• Possess strong copywriting skills
• Be confident using Canva, social schedulers, and tools like CapCut or Reels Editor
• Stay current on TikTok and Instagram trends, and understand what drives engagement
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in health, wellness, or science
