SEO Specialist

I am working exclusively with a D2C gifting company in Bourne End to help them hire for a brand new role on their team, an SEO Specialist. They operate across multiple countries, serving millions of customers every year and they have been named as one of the top gifting sites!

You will join a scaling Marketing team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager. Your role will involve Technical & Content SEO execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies. You must be able to travel to the office 3 days per week.

The Role:

• Execute on the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and revenue.
• Manage their external SEO agencies
• Execute on the content strategy - keyword research, creating content briefs and performing gap analysis.
• Competitor Analysis - use insights to refine strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance SEO processes and improve results.
• Keep up to date with SEO trends and insights.

Ideal Experience:

• 2+ years experience working in an executional SEO role
• Proven track record of driving organic growth
• Agency or Client side background
• Analytical mindset and experience in SEO reporting
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable being hands on in the execution
• Experience with WordPress & Webflow is a bonus!
